1. What should I know before buying this monitor?
This 18" portable monitor does not come with a built-in battery, requiring external power for brighter display and enhanced functionality. Furthermore, it does not support wireless connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.
2. Why my display does not have a 144Hz option under Window’s Display Settings?
The supplied HDMI to mini HDMI cable will only allow a maximum 2560*1600 120hz. The included USB C cable can go up to 2560*1600 144hz.
3. What are the precautions when using it?
-Adjusted brightness or parameters can only be saved when the monitor is connected to an external power supply.
-If your device port doesn't support our monitor, tell us for a suitable adapter cable.
4. It says "no signal", what to do?
-When connecting with a USB-C cable, make sure your device supports USB3.1/Thunderbolt. If not, please add a Mini HDMI to HDMI cable for signal transmission.
-Please try another device. If it still fails, please tell us for a replacement.
